Households interested in obtaining a key for shore access should read the Application and Guideline documents below. These documents explain the distribution requirements, including requirements for renters. Key recipients will be asked to either submit a completed Applicaiton form, or complete one that will be provided at the time of distribution. The gate is keyed access as of June 24, 2023. If you missed the distribution times provided in the announcement below, please call 304-405-4844 and leave a message for a call back to schedule a time to get your key.

Special Notes: We appreciate the payments that are being made. Because of the obligation of the Board of the Association to benefit all members, payments will be enforced and we will seek collection actions if balances are not paid in full by the end of the calendar year. Please make timely payments.
** IMPORTANT NOTICE ** KFAMA has filed civil complaints with the Jefferson County Magistrate’s office for all accounts with outstanding Road Maintenance fees for years 2022 and prior. If you have not paid your 2022 dues, please do so today. 2023 were included in civil filings. You may call or email support@kfama.org with questions about your account.
KFAMA fees are annually billed per lot. These fees are based off of budgets sent to all owners each fall. The current budget for the 2024 year is $200 per lot.
